Beside the institution of deep political reforms culminating in the establishment of a truly functioning representative democracy, Mr. Abul-Hasanat seems to intelligently highlight the need for intelligent planning and implementation of Balance Regional Economic Development to stave off the potential problems of rural migration and the swallowing of urbanization giving rise to Shanty Towns and urban slums that in turn give rise to crimes and stark income disparities. That’s the true big challenge facing up emerging uncorrupt nascent democracies in the countries of the Third World.
