Most African governments themselves are victims of terrible education, and sometimes find themselves incidentally at the helms of affairs. due to these mishaps, they lack thinking creativity to think outside the box to solve problems in their respective countries. So what is the result? Exhibition of pathetic incompetence on the part of African leaders and endemic greed and corruption. These are some of the banes of the continents underdevelopment.
