The author obviously chooses to ignore the shameless and stupid Bollywood Khan brigade’s takes on valorising the Pakistani spy agencies( Raazi etc). He is also amnesiac about the Gandhi dynasty banning several books and movies which casts them in a poor light. Had he been a writer instead of a polemicist, it would have been interesting to explore why Indian mainstream cinema from Bollywood is mostly silly, unreal and a low grade form of entertainment. A shame as regional cinema from Bengal, Kerala and Maharashtra in particular is everything Bollywood isn’t.
