Lizzie MacKenzie is a student at Elon University in the United States, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in history and Asian studies. She recently completed a summer internship at the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies as a research associate. With language proficiency in Mandarin, her focus is on all topics related to China, including infrastructure, economics and international security issues.
